Bounty balls - Ivana Pešić
- 3 egg whites
- 250 g of powdered sugar
- 300 g of coconut
- 100 g of chocolate
- Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff, then add coconut.
- Use a spoon or your hands to form balls and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. When they cool down, pour over the balls
- with chocolate.
