Brazilian coffee cake.

It is necessary:

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 125 gr. butter (or margarine)
  • 125 gr. sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 125 gr. flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

For topping:

  • 250 ml strong coffee (boiled)
  • 2 spoons of cocoa
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 2 spoons of cognac

To decorate:

  • 200 ml of sweet cream
  • 100 gr. powdered sugar
  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
    Beat the foam, butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
    Add eggs, and then flour with baking powder.
    Mix the dry ingredients for the dressing, then add coffee and cognac.
    Prick the cooled cake with a fork and pour coffee over it.
    Beat the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar well, sprinkle with ground coffee and coffee beans.
