Do not buy porridge for children when and if you can because they contain salt and sugar. Make it yourself the day before for tomorrow and pack it in glass jars.

  • 1 apple (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 piece of plum (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 peach (peeled and chopped)
  • 0,25 piece of banana (peeled and chopped)
  1. Peel and chop the fruit and put it in a blender.
  2. Blend until you get a uniform mass.
  3. Serve the baby.
The fruit should not stand for longer than 24 hours in a closed glass jar.
