Peaches - an old recipe in a new edition, with lemon and orange extract. I don't agree that peaches have to be with red extract, which this recipe shows. These are very small peaches, the size of which is smaller than a teaspoon.

Peaches, ingredients:

  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 650 g of sharp flour
  • 3 spoons of sour cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon of rum
  • 1 baking powder

For the filling:

  • peach crumble
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 4 spoons of milk cream - the white part of the cream
  • 1 tablespoon of rum
  • some milk
  • lemon and orange extract
  • sugar crystal
  • 200 ml milk

Peaches, preparation:

  • Preparation Beat 250 g of softened butter with 100 g of granulated sugar, add half a bag of baking powder, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of rum, and 50 ml of milk.
  • Mix everything well and add 650 g of strong flour.
  • Knead the dough well and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Take small pieces of the dough and make small balls, place them on baking paper, separated from each other, because they will rise a little, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Scoop out the cooled balls slowly and carefully.

Filling for filling the ball:

  • crumbs from hollowed out balls 200 g of ground almonds, 3 spoons of cream, 1 spoon of rum, a little milk, mix and fill the balls, join two at a time.
  • Pour 100 ml of milk into two small bowls, add half a bottle of lemon and orange extract to each bowl.
  • Then dip one side of the peaches in a bowl with lemon extract and the other side in a bowl with orange extract, then roll the peaches in granulated sugar and leave to dry.
  • Pleasant.
