Broccoli with quinoa - broccoli is ready from 8-10. of the month.
- 1 piece of red potato (diced)
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- 3 broccoli flowers
- 1 handful of white quinoa
- 0,5 handfuls of flecks of dough
- Peel the red potatoes and cut them into cubes and put them to cook together with the quinoa grain and the dough.
- A few minutes after the water has boiled, add the zucchini and broccoli.
*Use only the flowers, cut off the stems and throw them away. - Cook for another 8 minutes.
- Strain everything and put it in a blender until you get a smooth paste. If necessary, you can dilute with a little boiled water.
- Cool and serve to baby.
Broccoli is hard for some babies to stomach and cause gas, so don't use large amounts when making porridge at first.
