Broccoli omelette.
- 200 ml of egg white
- a few broccoli florets
- so
- beaver
- favorite spices
- I grated only the broccoli florets on a coarse grater and distributed them evenly in the molds.
- I added salt, pepper and only basil to the egg white this time. I didn't beat the egg whites into foam, but I just whipped them a little with a fork so that they were easily soupy.
- I adore these silicone models, because with their help all my wishes are perfectly realized.
- I baked at 210C/30'. Maybe in other ovens it takes less time, but it can't be made stronger because my silicone molds can only be cooked at a maximum of 210C.
- Well, that would be another way to make an omelette in an interesting way. It is ideal for children.
