Quick Macaroni Pie.
- 1 liter of milk
- 500 g of macaroni
- 2 dl yogurt
- 1 dl oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt (flat)
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 200 g of small cheese
- Boil 1 liter of milk and pour it into a deep vessel.
- Add milk macaroni (from a bag, not cooked), yogurt, oil and salt.
- Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
- Then separately beat eggs with cream and add to the previous mixture, mix and add cheese.
- Pour into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
