Quick apple pie.
Quick pie with apples, ingredients:
- 2 blocks of frozen puff pastry
- 1 kg of cleaned pickled apples
- 6 spoons of crystal sugar
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 50 grams of almond leaves
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
Quick pie with apples, preparation:
- Leave the puff pastry at room temperature to thaw.
- During this time, wash the apples.
- Cut them in half lengthwise. Clean from seeds. Cut thin slices and make sure they are at least approximately the same size and thickness.
- Roll out one sheet of dough with a rolling pin according to the size of the pan in which the pie will be baked.
- Grease the tray with oil. Place the developed crust on the bottom of the tray.
- Roll out the dough on the sides of the pan, 1 cm each.
- Arrange the apple slices on the bottom of the dough, so that they slightly cover each other.
- Sprinkle the crystal with sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle almond leaves on top and cover with oil.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the second sheet of dough to the same thickness as the first. Brush it with water and add a teaspoon of sugar. Cut the dough into strips of the same width.
- Weave a web over the apples from the resulting strips.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and leave the pie to bake. Bake for twenty minutes, until golden brown.
- Cover the baked pie with a cloth napkin and let it cool a little.
- Sprinkle the cooled pie with powdered sugar, to which a bag of vanilla sugar is previously added.
Cut the pie and serve. Enjoy your self.
