Quick cake, ingredients:
- 500 gr. flour
- 200 ml. sour milk
- 1 egg
- 1 baking powder
- 100 ml. oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Quick cake, preparation:
Place flour, sour milk, egg, oil, salt and baking powder in a bowl. If necessary, add lukewarm water (about 50 ml). Knead a smooth dough. Knead the dough well with your hands. Make a cake and put it in a greased pan. Leave to stand for 15 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees C until golden brown.
