Quick fritters.

Quick fritters, ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 180 g of yogurt,
  • 180 g sour milk,
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar,
  • 2 spoons of sugar,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 1 pinch of salt,
  • lemon zest,
  • 380 g of flour,
  • 1/2 bag of baking powder.

For frying:

  • oil if necessary.

For sprinkling:

  • if necessary, powdered sugar.

Quick fritters, preparation:

For the dough:

  • Pour yogurt into a deep bowl, add sour milk, eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar and salt.
  • Stir in the grated rind of half a lemon and mix with a hand whisk.
  • Separately combine flour and baking powder, add to the mixture with eggs and mix with a hand whisk to combine all the ingredients. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Frying:

  • Pour the oil into the pan and heat it well.
  • Take out the fritters with a small spoon and drop them into the heated oil.
  • Fry on moderate heat until golden brown on both sides.
  • Place on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
  • Sprinkle the fritters with powdered sugar, serve and serve.
