Quick fritters, ingredients:
For the dough:
- 180 g of yogurt,
- 180 g sour milk,
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar,
- 2 spoons of sugar,
- 3 eggs,
- 1 pinch of salt,
- lemon zest,
- 380 g of flour,
- 1/2 bag of baking powder.
For frying:
- oil if necessary.
For sprinkling:
- if necessary, powdered sugar.
Quick fritters, preparation:
For the dough:
- Pour yogurt into a deep bowl, add sour milk, eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar and salt.
- Stir in the grated rind of half a lemon and mix with a hand whisk.
- Separately combine flour and baking powder, add to the mixture with eggs and mix with a hand whisk to combine all the ingredients. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Frying:
- Pour the oil into the pan and heat it well.
- Take out the fritters with a small spoon and drop them into the heated oil.
- Fry on moderate heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Place on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle the fritters with powdered sugar, serve and serve.
