Quick and hearty meatballs - if you don't have a lot of time, this is the ideal solution for your meal...
- 300 g of mixed meat (minced)
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 spoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves of garlic (2-3 cloves, to taste, finely chopped)
- 0,5 bags of baking powder
- 2 dl of sour water
- parsley leaf (finely chopped, if desired)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- Put all the listed ingredients in a suitable container.
- Mix everything well to get a compact mass. Put one full spoonful of the mixture into the heated oil, fry on one side, then when it turns golden brown, turn and fry on the other side as well.
