Quick lasagna – juicy and tasty, so much so that I make them very often, of course at the request of my children.

Quick lasagna - Suzana Mitić

ingredients:

  • 300 g of ready lasagna crust
  • 150 g of cheese
  • 200 g of ham or salami of your choice
  • some ketchup

For the bechamel sauce you need:

  • 6 dl of milk
  • 1 tablespoon full of flour
  • a piece of butter
  • a bit of salt
  • a pinch of oregano

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

 

  1. Melt a piece of butter, add a spoonful of flour, mix and pour milk. Add a little salt. Stir the béchamel sauce until it boils. At the end, add some oregano.
  2. Arrange: lasagna crust, béchamel sauce, arrange ham, grate some cheese. Repeat the process until you have used up all the ingredients.
  3. Put bechamel sauce on the back crust, grate the cheese and pour ketchup over it.
  4. Bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
