Quick pan buns - don't worry, preparing these buns won't take much time. Knead the dough and "forget" it in the refrigerator.

It just happened to me - I forgot to knead it. I remembered after two days. The longer the dough stands, the more elastic it is, the softer and airier the buns are.

Quick pan buns, ingredients:

  • 400 g flour type 500
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 2 dl of water
  • 7 g of fresh yeast
  • 50 ml of oil

Quick buns from the pan, preparation:

  • Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Dissolve the yeast in water.
  • Add the stirred yeast to the flour, pour in the oil and knead the dough.
  • Pack it in a bag and leave it "overnight" in the fridge.
  • Divide it into 5 parts (or more), form balls, cover them and let them rest for about half an hour.
  • Roll them out with your hands (they should be about 1 cm thick).
  • Heat a non-stick pan.
  • Bake the buns at a medium temperature (on a stove with 3 sections, switch to 2).
  • It is enough to bake them for a few minutes on one side and on the other.

I served these buns with grilled cheese with spices. It is a homemade cheese similar to Indian paneer cheese. I sprayed the buns with a mixture of olive oil and pumpkin seed oil. I sprinkled them with sea salt and crushed oregano. Of course, you can serve them with something else of your choice.
