Quick rye buns Buns - Snezana Kitanović - Recipes and Cookbook online
Fast rye buns - chrono buns.
- 180 gr. sifted flour
- 0,5 teaspoons of salt
- 0,5 tsp baking soda (or 1 tsp baking powder)
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 dl of sour water (1,5 - 2 dl, can also be plain)
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed (ground)
- lan
- black sesame
- white sesame
- sunflower
- First combine all dry ingredients, then add oil and water.
Mix everything well, then add lemon juice.
Take out the dough with wet hands, shape into buns and place on parchment paper, sprinkled with seeds, white and black sesame.
This amount makes 3-4 buns.
Place the tray with the buns in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. at 200C. before you put them in, you can sprinkle them with seeds if you like.*I like them the most and prefer to prepare them from rye flour.
Sometimes I also prepare it from a mixture of flour.
Basically, I put a maximum of 100 grams of rye. and then I add barley, a little buckwheat, millet or spelled flour.
I also add sunflower and flax to the dough.
