Quick cake with strawberries - Adilja Hodža
A simple cake with strawberries, which is quick and very easy to prepare.
- 500 grams of fresh strawberries
- 600 milliliters of sour water
- 400 grams of whipped cream
- 250 grams of ground biscuits
Decoration:
- strawberry syrup
- a few strawberries
- Mix the whipped cream with sour water and beat well.
- Divide the whipped cream into two parts. Add ground biscuits to one part, and chopped strawberries to the other (leave a few strawberries for decoration).
- First, pour the part with the biscuit into the water-soaked mold, and over it the part with the strawberries. Refrigerate for a few hours… slice and serve.
- Put a strawberry in a plate next to the cut cubes and cover everything with a little strawberry syrup (if you don't have strawberry, any red one will do)
