Quick ice cream - easy to make, best when seasonal fruit is used.
- 3 bag of whipped cream
- 2,5 dl. milk
- 2,5 dl. yogurt
- 170 years powdered sugar
optional accessory
- chocolate
- fruit
- kekse
- walnuts
- Whip the cream with cold milk.
- Mix yogurt and powdered sugar and add to whipped cream.
- Mix the resulting mixture with additives as desired.
- Put in the freezer to harden. I divided the whipped mixture into 4 parts. One part is with ground biscuits, the other with strawberries, the third with ground walnuts and the fourth with grated chocolate.
