Quick hairpins - the easiest activity for children and (un)announced guests. They can be served sweet and salty. They are very simple and must be an integral part of the repertoire of every cook and mom 😀
Quick Tips, Ingredients:
- 10 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 0,5 cup of milk
- 0,5 cups of water

Quick tips, preparation:
- Mix 10 full spoons of flour, salt and baking powder and egg with milk and water. You can also use a mixer or a hand whisk as you find it easier.
- Pour the oil into a deep pan and heat it. Reduce the heat to medium to prevent the dough from burning and to get a nice golden color.
- Scoop out the dough with a tablespoon and pour it into the hot oil. One spoon one pinch. If you poured it on hot oil, it only takes 30 seconds to a minute to turn the dough to the other side and for it to get a nice golden color.
- When the dough turns golden, you can take it out.
- ps If you want, you can take it out on a napkin to absorb the excess oil.
- Serve immediately and serve with whatever you have in the fridge. Sweet ones can be sprinkled with sugar, jam, Nutella... Savory ones can be topped with cheese, cream, butter...
