Bulgur, banana and milk - light breakfast for babies 8+ months.

  • 30 g of bulgur wheat
  • 1 piece of banana
  • 20 ml of milk (mother's, formula or full-fat cow's milk)
  1. Boil bulgur wheat in 250 ml of water for about 10 minutes. If there is excess water, strain it.
  2. Peel the banana and add it to the blender together with the bulgur wheat.
  3. Add 20ml of milk. Depending on what you have introduced to the baby so far and whether you have milk, you can use mother's, formula or full-fat cow's milk.
  4. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
  5. Cool and serve to baby.
