Bulgur, banana and milk - light breakfast for babies 8+ months.
- 30 g of bulgur wheat
- 1 piece of banana
- 20 ml of milk (mother's, formula or full-fat cow's milk)
- Boil bulgur wheat in 250 ml of water for about 10 minutes. If there is excess water, strain it.
- Peel the banana and add it to the blender together with the bulgur wheat.
- Add 20ml of milk. Depending on what you have introduced to the baby so far and whether you have milk, you can use mother's, formula or full-fat cow's milk.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Cool and serve to baby.
