Bulgur wheat with quinoa and pear - a healthy breakfast for babies 8+ months.

  • 30 g of bulgur wheat
  • 10 g of white quinoa grain
  • 1 piece of pear (grated)
  1. Put bulgur wheat and white quinoa grain in about 300ml of boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes. Be careful not to absorb all the water, as it absorbs quickly.

  2. Strain if there is excess water and pour it into a bowl or plate and "disperse" it so that it becomes "puffy"
  3. Peel the pear and grate it into the smallest pieces and, together with the juice, mix it with wheat and quinoa grain.

  4. If the baby is still small and cannot call, you may still want to blend the porridge, in that case add about 20ml of boiled water and put it in the blender to make a porridge.
  5. Check the temperature of the porridge before giving it to the baby.
