There is nothing better than the smell of a pumpkin patch on autumn days. It is quick to prepare and even quicker to eat.
- 1 piece of pumpkin (sweet)
- 1 package of pie crust
- sugar
- vanilla sugar
- cinnamon
- vanilla bourbon sugar (optional)

- Peel and coarsely grate the budeva (as for apple pie) and sugar with 3 spoons of sugar.
- Take 4 skins and pour a little oil on them and place pumpkin mixture on one half as desired. If you put more, it will be juicier, and if you put less, the crust will be crispier.
- Now add cinnamon, vanilla sugar, sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar over the pumpkin as desired.
- Roll up like a roll (as in the picture).
- Repeat the process until you have crust and mixture.
- Place baking paper and arrange in a baking tray with a gap, then brush with oil. If you want crispier crusts, sprinkle them with a little lukewarm water.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for about 15 minutes, until the crusts are golden brown.
- You can serve both hot and cold.
