Burek with euro cream, biscuits and cherries, ingredients:
- 15 pieces of pie crust
Topping:
- 3 dl of sour water,
- 1 dl of oil,
- 1 vanilla sugar,
- 4 spoons of sour cream.
File:
- 500 g of Eurocream,
- 150 g of ground plasma,
- 400 g of frozen peeled cherries.

Burek with euro cream, biscuits and cherries, preparation:
- Grease a pan with a diameter of 24 cm.
- Place 2 whole crusts, one on top of the other.
- Cut 4 crusts and place them over these two crusts and pour 1/4 of the dressing, put 1/3 of the euro cream, sprinkle 1/3 of the biscuits and 1/3 of the cherries.
- Again 4 split peels and continue the same.
- At the end, restore the edges of the crust, cover with the dressing and put 1 whole crust and cover it with the dressing.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
