Chopped baklava with chocolate and poppy seeds - poppy seeds and chocolate...a winning combination...

- 8 pieces of eggs
- 200 g of chocolate (for eating and cooking)
- 100 g poppy seeds (ground)
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 dl of oil
- 6 spoons of sugar
- 400 g thin crust (for baklava)
Topping for baklava:
- 1 l of water
- 500 g of sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- Freeze the baklava crusts.
- Beat the eggs well with the sugar, then add the frozen chopped crusts for baklava. Mix with a blender and add baking powder, ground poppy seeds, oil and grated chocolate.
- Mix everything together well, pour into a baking tray and bake at 180 C for 40 minutes. The dimensions of the tray are 35x25cm.
- Cook the dressing and then pour the hot dressing over the cold and cut cake...
