chia pudding with the voice of Jadranka Blazic recipes and cookbook online

Chia pudding with fruit - yesterday I made a fruit salad, and today I used the juice that released the fruit and some fruit, mixed it with chia seeds and got a wonderful unusual pudding that is not cooked.

  • blueberry
  • nar
  • dragon fruit
  • agave syrup
  • lemon juice
  • 30 g of chia seeds
  1. Juice and fruit together were 250ml.
  2. I mixed all that with chia seeds in a zinnia and left it in the fridge.
  3. From time to time I promised to release the seeds as much as possible.
  4. Later, I poured it into the tea and left it like that for a couple of hours. It set very nicely and really turned out like a pudding.
Of course, you can use fruits according to your taste. It is important that it rests for a while, so that the fruit releases its juices.
