Chili pili – an interesting dish with macaroni and chicken.

  • 300 g of chicken meat
  • 1 piece parsley root (smaller)
  • 0,5 piece of celery root
  • 1 onion
  • 1 piece of hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
  • 150 g of peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 200 g of pasta (larger)
  • 150 g of cheese
  • mix of spices

  1. Cut the chicken meat as finely as possible.
  2. Cut the carrot, celery, onion, hot pepper and parsley root into cubes, and cut the garlic as small as possible.
  3. Fry the chicken in a little oil and set aside.
  4. Fry celery, carrot, parsley root, black onion and garlic in the same oil.
  5. Add a little water and simmer at a moderate temperature until the vegetables are soft.
  6. Towards the end of stewing, add the peel, hot pepper and spices to taste.
  7. Simmer until a compact mass is obtained.
  8. Add chicken and pasta to the vegetable mixture and mix slowly.
  9. Pour into an oiled dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees until the cheese melts.
