Cinnamon scones – twisted, sweet scones.
Text:
- 500 g of flour
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of dry yeast
- 2 spoons of sugar
- salt (little)
- 1 piece of egg
- 50 ml of oil

- 1 bag of cinnamon
- 8 spoon of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla

- Mix salt, sugar and yeast into the flour. Add egg and oil, then knead the dough with lukewarm yogurt. Leave to rise and divide into six balls.
- Roll out each ball with a rolling pin and coat with oil. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Stack one on top of the other. At the end, press them well and spread them a little with your fingers. Cut the dough into strips. Twist each strip in a spiral, then place in a round oiled pan. Brush with beaten egg and bake for about 30 min. 180 C degrees.
