Cheesecake with blackberries - blackberries are considered a super fruit, primarily because of their very healing antioxidants. In my garden, in addition to the drought, there were enough of them for eating, but also for cakes.

Base: (for a 25 cm mold)

  • 250 g of biscuits with filling (or any other)
  • 100 g butter

Cream:

  • 300 ml of sweet cream
  • 200 g of cream cheese
  • 300 g of blackberries
  • powdered sugar for decoration
  1. Grind the biscuits and combine with melted butter.
  2. Place a bottomless mold on a serving plate and press in the biscuit and butter mixture.
  3. Whip the sweet cream and when it is half stiff, mix in the cream cheese.
  4. Continue beating until you see that it is stiff enough for filling.
  5. Place the filling over the biscuit mixture and gently press the blackberries into it
  6. Cool well, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
