Cheesecake with blackberries - blackberries are considered a super fruit, primarily because of very healing antioxidants, such as anthocyanins, vitamin C, vitamin E, ellagic acid, caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid, rutin, gallic and cinnamic acid.
In my garden, in addition to the drought, there were enough of them for eating, but also for cakes.

Cheesecake with blackberries - blackberries are considered a super fruit, primarily because of their very healing antioxidants. In my garden, in addition to the drought, there were enough of them for eating, but also for cakes.
Base: (for a 25 cm mold)
- 250 g of biscuits with filling (or any other)
- 100 g butter
Cream:
- 300 ml of sweet cream
- 200 g of cream cheese
- 300 g of blackberries
- powdered sugar for decoration
- Grind the biscuits and combine with melted butter.
- Place a bottomless mold on a serving plate and press in the biscuit and butter mixture.
- Whip the sweet cream and when it is half stiff, mix in the cream cheese.
- Continue beating until you see that it is stiff enough for filling.
- Place the filling over the biscuit mixture and gently press the blackberries into it
- Cool well, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
