Choco cookies - crunchy cookies that melt in your mouth, with chocolate and hazelnuts give the perfect combination.
for the dough:
- 200 g of margarine
- 350 g of flour
- 1 piece of egg white
- 1 spoon of sour cream
- 120 g of powdered sugar
- 2 spoons of cocoa
for the filling:
- 50 g of margarine
- 30 g of powdered sugar
- 100 g of chocolate
- 20 g hazelnuts (finely chopped)
- Knead a smooth dough from all the ingredients. The dough is very easy to knead and shape. Immediately divide into two parts and put cocoa in one part. Knead the dough well so that the cocoa is combined with the dough. Cut into small pieces and arrange in a baking tray.
- Bake at a temperature of 200 C for 5-10 minutes.
- For the filling, you need to melt the margarine together with the chocolate on low heat and add sugar. The mass must not boil. Join two biscuits with chocolate filling. If you wish, you can combine two in the same or a different color.
- Add chopped hazelnuts. Cool well and enjoy the wonderful taste.
