Choco coco cheesecake.

Choco coco cheesecake, ingredients:

  • 300 g of ground biscuits
  • 125 g of butter/margarine
  • 100 ml milk

For the filling:

  • 250 g of whipped cream
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 450 g of cheese with 0% mm
  • 100 g of coconut flour
  • 100 g of cooking chocolate
  • 4 spoons of milk

And more:

  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 4 spoons of milk
  • 100 g of whipped cream
  • 200 ml milk

Choco coco cheesecake, preparation:

  • Beat butter/margarine, add ground biscuits and milk and mix. Place in a pan with a ring (26 cm).
  • Melt the chocolate with milk and put it over the crust. Leave to cool.
  • In one bowl, beat the cream with milk with a mixer, and in the other with a spoon, the cheese with powdered sugar. Mix the two masses. Mix and divide into two parts.
  • Mix coconut flour in one part.
  • And in the second, chocolate melted with milk and cooled.
  • Place the coconut filling over the crust and cooled chocolate.
  • And on top of the chocolate filling.
  • Place in the refrigerator to cool and harden. Remove the hoop.
  • Whip the whipped cream with milk and decorate the cake.
  • Enjoy the taste!
