CHOCO-COCONUT – Sandra Avtovska

  • 250 g of ground plasma (or some other biscuit)
  • 100 g of cooking chocolate
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 125 g of butter (or margarine)
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 100 g of coconut
  • if desired, some chopped walnuts (about 50 g)
  1. Melt the chocolate, and then add it to the ground plasma and milk. Combine the ingredients well. If desired, add chopped walnuts. On cellophane or baking paper, roll out the mixture into a crust.
  2. Combine butter, powdered sugar and coconut with your hands until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Spread the mixture over the crust, so that both the crust and the filling are of the same thickness (thickness is arbitrary).
  3. Roll up the roll and wrap it well in cellophane or baking paper, so that it does not dry out. Place in the refrigerator to set.
  4. Serve cold, cut into rings.
  5. If desired, the roll can be rolled in coconut, plasma or covered with chocolate, although it is still delicious like this.
