  • 150 g of flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 50 g of margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 0,5 dl of brewed coffee
  • 2 pears
  1. Beat eggs with sugar until foamy. Make coffee. Break the chocolate into cubes and melt with margarine. Add coffee. Pour into a bowl with beaten eggs and mix well. Add flour. Cover the baking dish with baking paper and pour the mixture. Arrange the sliced ​​pears on top. Bake for about 20 min. at 200 degrees.
