Chocolate cake with pears - an excellent combination of coffee, chocolate and fruit
Chocolate cake with pears - Marija Mirković
- 150 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of margarine
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of chocolate
- 0,5 dl of brewed coffee
- 2 pears
- Beat eggs with sugar until foamy. Make coffee. Break the chocolate into cubes and melt with margarine. Add coffee. Pour into a bowl with beaten eggs and mix well. Add flour. Cover the baking dish with baking paper and pour the mixture. Arrange the sliced pears on top. Bake for about 20 min. at 200 degrees.
