Chocolate donuts with raspberry topping, ingredients:

for the dough:

  • 250 ml of water
  • 100 ml of oil
  • salt (little)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 4 eggs

for the filling:

  • 800 ml milk
  • 8 spoons of sugar
  • 2 bags of chocolate pudding
  • 1 spoon of density
  • 1 cup of cocoa
  • 125 g butter (or margarine)

for the raspberry topping:

  • 200 g of raspberries
  • 200 ml of water
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 spoon of density

Chocolate donuts with raspberry topping, preparation:

  1. Bring water, oil and a little salt (on the top of the pot) to a boil. Remove from the stove, add flour and baking powder, mix. When it cools down, add the eggs, one by one, and beat with a whisk.

  2. When a smooth dough is formed, place the donuts with a spoon, spaced apart (because they grow a lot), in a tray, greased or lined with baking paper. You can also put the dough with a spoon.

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C. Reduce the temperature (to 150 C), but do not open the oven.

  4. Mix the pudding, cocoa and thickening, then pour in 200 ml of milk and mix well, so that there are no lumps. Put sugar in 600 ml of milk and heat (but do not boil). Pour in the pudding, thickening and cocoa and knead at a moderate temperature until it thickens. Cool it well and mix it with whipped butter/margarine.

  5. Put the filling in the syringe. Cut the well-cooled donuts and fill them. You can also put the filling with a spoon.

  6. Put raspberries in a saucepan, pour water, add sugar, stir and cook for about 5 minutes at a moderate temperature. Stir the mixture with a little water and pour into the raspberries. Knead to thicken. Put the cooled dressing over the doughnuts. Put it in the fridge for a while. Enjoy the taste!
