Choco balls – delicious unbaked balls with cherries and almonds.

Chocolate balls, ingredients:

  • 250 g of ground almonds
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 200 g of butter
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of rum
  • 300 g of ground plasma biscuits
  • 100 g of cherries from compote
  • 250 ml of prune juice
  • 300 g of dark chocolate (for the glaze)
  • 25 g of butter (for the glaze)
  • 100 g of white chocolate (for decoration)

Chocolate balls, preparation:

 

  1. Beat butter and sugar, then add almonds and vanilla sugar. Stir the cappuccino in the rum, then add it to the almond mixture.
    Add chopped cherries, plasma biscuit, combine and add cherry juice. Shape into balls. Put them in the refrigerator while the glaze is being prepared.
  2. Preparation of chocolate glaze
    Melt the white chocolate separately. Melt the dark chocolate on steam, cool a little, add butter, mix well and dip the cooled balls, place the dipped balls on parchment paper. When the black glaze has hardened, pour a little white chocolate glaze over each ball and place the balls in paper baskets. Pleasant!
