Chocolate Kugloff and Chocolate Muffins.
Chocolate kugloff and chocolate muffins, ingredients:
- 6 haha,
- 1 dl of oil,
- 6 spoons of sugar,
- 8 tablespoons of rice flour,
- 2 vanilla sugar,
- 50 g of cranberries,
- 50 g of raisins and
- 100 g of chocolate crumbs.
Chocolate kugloff and chocolate muffins, preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar, oil, raisins, cranberries, chocolate crumbs and finally rice flour. Mix everything lightly.
- Place the baskets in the muffin tin and pour the mixture, but not to the top, but 3/4 of the baskets.
- Heat the oven and bake the muffins.
Note: I divided this mixture from three quarters of the mixture to make kuglof and one quarter of the muffin.
