Chocolate-orange bajadera - orange and chocolate - a taste that is hard to resist.

  • 200 ml of orange juice
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 250 g of margarine
  • 100 g of walnuts (ground)
  • 250 g biscuits (ground)
  • 50 g of chocolate
  • orange peel (finely grated)

for decoration:

  • 2 white chocolate bars
  • 2 bars of dark chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  1. Pour the juice into a suitable container, add sugar. Cook at a moderate temperature until the sugar melts. Add the margarine cut into cubes and stir until it melts. Remove from the heat and stir in the ground nuts and biscuits. Stir well to combine the ingredients and add the grated orange peel and chocolate. Pour the mixture onto a plate and spread it with your hand to the thickness of the cake you want.
  2. Melt the white and dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil each and decorate the cake as desired. Let it cool down.
  3. Cut the desired shape and determine the size of the cube as you wish. I cut mine at 2×4 cm. You can also cut triangles if you wish.
