Chocolate cake with bananas and pineapple - a simple, quick and "light" cake that we especially like.

Chocolate cake with bananas and pineapple, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of plasma biscuits
  • 250 ml of multivitamin juice
  • 2 x 250 ml of sweet cream
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 bag of chocolate cake cream
  • 250 g of chocolate for eating and cooking
  • 10 g of butter (coffee spoon)
  • 2 banana
  • 1 small can of pineapple chunks
  • crumbs for decorating or other decorations

Chocolate cake with bananas and pineapple, preparation:

  1. Beat 250 ml of sweet cream with 100 g of powdered sugar
  2. Cut the bananas into rings
  3. Whip the chocolate cream with 300 ml of milk
  4. Squeeze the juice from the pineapple
  5. Soak the plasma biscuit in multivitamin juice, if you need to add more juice - you can also use canned pineapple juice.
  6. On the tray on which you will serve the cake, arrange a row of plasma biscuits soaked in multivitamin juice. Cover that layer with whipped sweet cream, then arrange chopped bananas on top, cover the entire surface nicely.
  7. Again order a row of soaked plasma biscuits. Cover with whipped cream for chocolate cakes, then arrange pieces of pineapple on top.
  8. Cover again with a layer of soaked plasma biscuits.
  9. Pour 250 ml of sweet cream into a saucepan and heat until almost boiling. Remove from the heat, add the torn chocolate to the hot cream and add the butter and stir constantly until the chocolate melts completely.
  10. Leave the filling to cool a little at room temperature, then pour it over the cake.
  11. (If you have any left over, feel free to eat a combination or each ingredient on its own.)
  12. Decorate as desired and enjoy!
  13. Place immediately in the refrigerator and keep cold until serving.
  14. * Do not soak the plasma to the point of decomposition, just to soften it.
  15. *The chocolate and sweet cream topping melts quickly, so you should not keep the cake out of the refrigerator longer than it takes to cut it and serve it to guests.
  16. ** This is the amount to serve about 10 guests with triangles of medium thickness.
