Chocolate cake - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Chocolate cake.

Chocolate cake, ingredients:

  • 5 haha,
  • 150 g of powdered sugar,
  • 200 g of dark chocolate,
  • 200 g butter or margarine
  • 420 g of tea biscuits with chocolate, two boxes
  • 180 g of chocolate whipped cream

For the glaze you need:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate and
  • 4 tablespoons of oil.

Chocolate cake, preparation:

  • Beat eggs with sugar, steam them, when they start to thicken, add broken chocolate to melt.
  • When the filling has cooled, add whipped margarine or butter.
  • Whip the chocolate whipped cream with three deciliters of milk and combine everything well with the previous mixture.
  • Cover the sides and bottom of the round mold that opens with tea biscuits with chocolate. Arrange on the inside of the filling.
  • Leave the cake in the freezer to set.
  • Melt the chocolate with four tablespoons of oil and pour over the cake.
  • Remove the ring and decorate to taste.
