Chocolate cake.
Chocolate cake, ingredients:
- 5 haha,
- 150 g of powdered sugar,
- 200 g of dark chocolate,
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 420 g of tea biscuits with chocolate, two boxes
- 180 g of chocolate whipped cream
For the glaze you need:
- 200 g of dark chocolate and
- 4 tablespoons of oil.
Chocolate cake, preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar, steam them, when they start to thicken, add broken chocolate to melt.
- When the filling has cooled, add whipped margarine or butter.
- Whip the chocolate whipped cream with three deciliters of milk and combine everything well with the previous mixture.
- Cover the sides and bottom of the round mold that opens with tea biscuits with chocolate. Arrange on the inside of the filling.
- Leave the cake in the freezer to set.
- Melt the chocolate with four tablespoons of oil and pour over the cake.
- Remove the ring and decorate to taste.
