Chocolate Jelly Roll – a decorative delicacy!

Bark:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 spoons of flour
  • 1/2 baking powder

File:

  • 200 g of ground plasma
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 dl of orange juice
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 100 g green candy

and still need:

  • 50 g of chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  1. Beat the egg whites with sugar, add the egg yolk and mix well. Finally
  2. add flour mixed with baking powder. Pour the mixture into the pan
  3. lined with baking paper and baked in a heated oven at 200 degrees
  4. about 20 minutes. Wrap the finished crust in a damp cloth and leave to cool.
  5. Beat the margarine with powdered sugar, add the cooled plasma
  6. melted chocolate. Then add juice and mix well.
  7. Unroll the cooled crust and cover with the filling and sprinkle with chopped greens
  8. candies. Roll up the roll and cover it with melted chocolate glaze and
  9. oil. Leave the roll to harden well, then cut it into thick slices
  10. 1 cm.
