Chocolate cake with peanuts.

for crusts:

  • 18 pieces of egg whites
  • 18 spoons of sugar
  • 36 spoons of ground unsalted peanuts ((about 400g))
  • 6 tablespoons of ground biscuit ((plasma))
  • 3 spoons of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • baking powder

for the filling:

  • 18 pieces of egg yolks
  • 500 g of powdered sugar
  • 300 g of cooking chocolate
  • 250 g butter
  • 125 g margarine

and more:

  • 100 g of white milk chocolate
  • 100 g unsalted peanuts ((chopped))
  • 3 pieces of snickers chocolates
  1. Beat 6 egg whites with 6 spoons of sugar, add 1 spoon of flour, baking powder on top of the spoon, 1 spoon of oil, 2 spoons of ground biscuits and 12 spoons of ground peanuts. Mix lightly with a whisk. Pour into a pan (35x25 cm), greased or lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C. Make two more crusts in the same way.
  2. Beat egg whites well with 300 g of powdered sugar, pour into a bowl and steam for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Towards the end of cooking, when the varjaka already starts to leave a mark on the bottom of the pan, add the cooking chocolate and stir until it melts. Beat the butter and margarine with 200 g of powdered sugar, then mix with the well-chilled filling.
  3. Separate a third of the filling, and add chopped peanuts and white chocolate and Snickers chocolates cut into small pieces to the remaining two thirds.
  4. Put the crust on the tray, over the filling with peanuts and chocolate (half of the total amount), again the crust, then the filling, then the crust and finish with the remaining part of the filling.
  5. Enjoy the taste!

You can roast the peanuts in the oven for a while, cool them down and grind them.
