  • for the chocolate filling:
  • 300 ml milk
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 40 g density
  • 200 g of cooking chocolate
  • 150 g butter (or margarine)
  • for the fruit filling:
  • 200 g of cleaned raisins
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 200 ml of water
  • 40 g density
  • for the chocolate frosting:
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • and more:
  • 300 g of biscuits (3x14 pieces)
  • 250 ml of prune juice
  1. Chocolate filling: Mix thickly with a little milk. Put sugar in the remaining milk and when it is heated, pour in the thickener and cook until it thickens. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and stir until it melts. Leave to cool well (at room temperature). Beat the butter/margarine and mix with the cooled chocolate cream.
  2. Fruit filling: Mix thickly with a little water. Put sugar and cherries in the remaining water and when it boils, pour in the stock and cook until it thickens. Leave to cool.
  3. Drain the juice from the prunes. If there is not 250 ml, add water. Dip the piscotti (14 pieces) in the cherry juice and arrange them on a tray. Put the chocolate filling on top (half of the total amount), then another row of biscuits. Then put the fruit filling, the third layer of biscuits, then the chocolate filling. Place the cake in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
  4. Make the glaze, melt the chocolate with milk and oil and pour it over the cake. Enjoy the taste!
