Chocolate cake - for all chocolate lovers... It melts in your mouth, without flour.

  • 400 g of margarine
  • 400 g of powdered sugar
  • 15 pieces of eggs
  • 350 g walnuts (ground)
  • 150 g biscuit (ground)
  • 500 g of chocolate
  • 500 g of whipped cream
  • 5 dl of sour water

for decoration:

  • 200 g wafers with hazelnuts
  • 150 g of salted chocolate candies
  • 150 g of chocolate candies
  • 6 pieces of banana cream
  • 10 pieces of praline
  1. The crusts are baked from the filling. First, make the filling. Bake the crusts, then cool the filling.
    Beat the margarine until foamy. Add the powdered sugar and continue beating, then gradually add the egg yolks one by one. When the mass is even, add the ground walnuts, biscuits and cooled melted chocolate. Beat the egg whites separately until stiff and add them gradually to the previous filling. and gently stir so that the egg whites do not "spit". Separately beat the cream slaw with sour water. Bake three crusts from the previous filling. Bake them at 200 C for a few minutes because they are very thin.
