Chocolate coconut bars - Jelena Nikolić
- 150 g of sugar
- 120 ml of water
- 125 g butter (or margarine)
- 200 g of ground biscuits
- 100 g of coconut flour
- 100 g of chocolate
- 50 g of raisins
- for the frosting:
- 100 g of chocolate
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- Mix water and sugar and heat. When it boils, add the butter and chocolate, stir until it melts, then remove from the heat. Add raisins, then coconut and ground biscuits. Mix everything well.
- Pour into a tray (30×15 cm). Cool down. (You can grease the tray with oil or line it with baking paper, so it will not stick for sure. I poured without greasing and it was ok).
- Make the glaze, melt the chocolate with milk and oil, and pour it over the cake. Leave to cool and harden, then cut the bars. Pleasant!
