Do not hesitate to make a chocolate fondue. Don't let the fact that you don't have the original prep kit hold you back.

One day a light bulb came on for me. I remembered how I was going to perform an experiment. I had all the necessary ingredients at home. As I am an economical and practical woman, I decided to surprise my family to enjoy the warmth of our home and taste chocolate fondue. I prepared an essential oil lamp and a ceramic bowl. I lit a scented candle and the party in the kitchen began. If you are a chocolate and fruit lover, embark on an adventure.

Chocolate fondue, ingredients:

  • 200 g of chocolate, black, white or milk to taste, it doesn't matter
  • 125 ml of sweet cream
  • fruit, to taste, mine was banana, orange, apple
  • fragrant spices, to taste (vanilla core in a stick and a little anise, cinnamon, ginger, coriander)
  • rum, to taste
  • roller skates, chocolate biscuits
  • plastic forks for each, different colors

Chocolate fondue, method of preparation:

  • Chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
  • Pour the sweet cream into a bowl and heat it on the stove.
  • Pour the warm sweet cream over the chocolate and mix.
  • I wanted a slightly different taste of chocolate, so I added vanilla essence in a stick and some anise, cinnamon, ginger, coriander and a big spoonful of rum. A harmony of smells spread through the kitchen. I poured the prepared chocolate into a ceramic bowl that I placed on the lamp, the candle was burning and warmed the atmosphere with its intoxicating smell.
  • I chopped the fruit and added the rollers, chocolate biscuits.
