Chocolate chip cookies.
Chocolate cookies, ingredients:
For the mixture:
- 120 g butter,
- 80 g of yellow sugar,
- 80 g of crystal sugar,
- 1 egg,
- 230 g of flour,
- 100 g of black choco buttons,
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar,
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1 pinch of salt.
And more:
- black choco buttons if needed
Chocolate biscuits, preparation:
- Beat butter with crystal sugar, yellow sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer.
- Add beaten egg, flour, baking soda, salt and mix gently with a mixer.
- Add black chocolate buttons to the mixture and mix with a spatula to combine all the ingredients.
- Take a little of the mixture, form balls and gently press ("flatten") them and line them up in a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Put a chocolate button on each one.
- Bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the finished biscuits from the oven, let them cool, then serve.
Tip: Instead of choco buttons, you can use cooking chocolate (chop it, but not too finely). Make your little ones happy. Pleasant!
