Chocolate cake with apples, ingredients:
For the crust:
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 spoons of flour
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of plum jam
and more:
- 4 large apples
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 100 g of chocolate
- 40 ml milk
- 100 g of jam
- 200 ml of milk (or water)
Chocolate cake with apples, preparation:
- Clean the apples, peel them, cut them into smaller pieces and arrange them in a tray (size 26 cm), (you can also put baking paper). Sprinkle with sugar and place in the oven heated to 15 C for 180 minutes.
- Beat egg whites with sugar, add egg yolk, then flour, baking powder, cocoa and plum jam. Take the tray out of the oven and pour the batter over the apples. Return it to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 C.
- Leave the baked crust to cool a little, then turn it over on a tray (so that the apples are on top). Melt the chocolate with 40 ml of milk and pour over the apples.
- Beat the custard with milk or water and decorate a well-chilled cake. You can grate chocolate over the custard, sprinkle chocolate powder or decorate with melted chocolate.
- Cut and serve. Enjoy the taste!
