Chocolate cakes - a recipe of international cuisine for the best chocolate cakes.
- 135 grams of flour
- 2 g of baking powder
- 1 gr of salt
- 110 g butter (unsalted)
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 piece of egg
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 170 g pieces of dark chocolate
- 85 g pieces of white chocolate
- 85 g of chopped walnuts
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Sieve and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until the mass becomes smooth. Add the vanilla extract, while mixing. Add the mass of flour, stirring constantly, until the mass is uniform. Add dark and white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts, stirring with a spoon.
- Place baking paper in a baking tray. Grab the mass with a spoon and place it on the baking sheet with a distance of about 2 cm. You should get 20 chocolate cakes from the prepared mass.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-11 minutes, or until the cakes are golden brown. When the cakes are ready, take them out of the oven and leave them on the tray for another 5 minutes to cool down a bit. Then place them on a wire rack to cool completely. Pleasant!
