Chocolate cookies - this is how we saw the shopping mix, so we decided to try it ourselves. The jar is only for decoration and size, and it looks nice 🙂
- 100 g butter (mixed foamy)
- 2 white chocolate bars (or white chocolate buttons)
- 2 dark chocolate bars (or dark chocolate buttons)
- 2 milk chocolate bars (or milk chocolate buttons)
- 100 g of white flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 50 g of brown sugar
- Heat the pan a little and add the margarine. When it softens, stir the margarine until foamy and add all the ingredients to it. Mix and leave in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.
- When the dough has rested, shape it into cakes as desired and place them on baking paper, or place half of the molds in muffin tins. The dough will almost double in size. If you put it in a muffin tin, you get about 12 pieces from the above amount.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
- When you take them out, wait for them to cool a little and then put them on a tray.
