Chocolate muffins, ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar (10g)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 30 g of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon ground coffee (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2,5 cups flour
  • 100 g chopped chocolate (dark, milk, white or a combination)
    *cup of 2 dl

Chocolate muffins, preparation:

  • Beat eggs and sugar, then add all the other ingredients and combine them with the previously beaten mixture.
  • Line the muffin tray with paper baskets, pour the mixture up to 2/3 of the basket and bake for about 20 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
  • This amount will make 12-15 muffins.

Chocolate muffins can be enriched with nuts. Muffins prepared in this way can serve as a base for cupcakes. Instead of chopped chocolate, you can add melted chocolate to the dough. For decoration, I suggest a softer ganache cream (with dark or white chocolate).
