Chocolate muffins - a real chocolate delight!
- 125 g of butter
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 250 ml of milk
- 125 g of sugar
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 380 grams of flour
- Melt 100 g of chocolate and butter in a steamer. When the ingredients are melted and combined, remove the bowl from the steam and let the mixture cool.
- Break the eggs into a bowl, pour 100 ml of milk and beat with a whisk.
- Then add the cooled melted chocolate and butter mixture, the remaining milk, yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa, flour, baking powder, the remaining chocolate cut into small cubes and mix with a wire until you get a smooth mixture.
- Pour the prepared mixture into silicone muffin molds and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Decorate the baked muffins with chocolate topping.
