Chocolate minions with walnuts and apricot jam - delicious, juicy, nutty medallions...
Ingredients for the crust:
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 cups oil
- 5 cup flour
- 3 cups ground walnuts
- 1 baking powder
Ingredients for the glaze:
- 150 gr. chocolates
- spoon of butter
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 5 spoons of milk
Ingredients for the filling:
- apricot jam
Ingredients for decoration:
- 2 bags of whipped cream
- 50 gr. chocolates
- Beat the egg whites, add sugar and one egg yolk at a time.
- Add milk and oil and flour mixed with baking powder and nuts.
- Bake in a baking tray at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- When cool, cut the crust in half.
- Spread one half with apricot jam and cover with the other half of the crust.
- Cut the cake into cubes.
- Coat each cube with chocolate glaze.
- Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate figurines made as follows:
- Melt the chocolate in steam, and with the help of a filling syringe, make various shapes on the foil.
- Leave them in the freezer for an hour.
- Carefully remove them from the foil and decorate the minions.
