Ingredients for the crust:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 cups oil
  • 5 cup flour
  • 3 cups ground walnuts
  • 1 baking powder

Ingredients for the glaze:

  • 150 gr. chocolates
  • spoon of butter
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 5 spoons of milk

Ingredients for the filling:

  • apricot jam

Ingredients for decoration:

  • 2 bags of whipped cream
  • 50 gr. chocolates
  1. Beat the egg whites, add sugar and one egg yolk at a time.
  2. Add milk and oil and flour mixed with baking powder and nuts.
  3. Bake in a baking tray at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  4. When cool, cut the crust in half.
  5. Spread one half with apricot jam and cover with the other half of the crust.
  6. Cut the cake into cubes.
  7. Coat each cube with chocolate glaze.
  8. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate figurines made as follows:
  9. Melt the chocolate in steam, and with the help of a filling syringe, make various shapes on the foil.
  10. Leave them in the freezer for an hour.
  11. Carefully remove them from the foil and decorate the minions.
